Nearly 75,000 signatures and growing!

We want to begin by saying thank you to everyone for signing and sharing this petition! To date, we have more than 74,000 signatures. We cannot believe the level of support! The U.S. Department of Transportation recently announced that it created a website to inform travelers about safety incidents on cruise ships. Here is the news: http://www.miamiherald.com/news/business/tourism-cruises/article3409978.html. This is a small positive step, but what cruise lines and government officials also need to remember is that an important consumer safety protection measure we need is lifeguards on ships. We remain steadfast in our belief that this is a easy and common sense step that cruise lines like Carnival can take to help protect their customers' safety.
