This is a case of Jharkhand where a vegetable vendor ran his vegetable cart on a sleeping dog. It seems the dog has broken neck injury. This is nothing unusual many times people deliberately run over their cars, scooters and bikes on sleeping dogs.

A caregiver was harassed in Delhi by her own neighbour for feeding the dogs of the colony. The neighbour hit the dog with a hockey stick. The neighbour along with his parents told the caregiver and her mother that they have no right to feed the street dogs and if they wish to feed then they better take them to their homes. And they will keep hitting the dogs if they sit near their home.

This is nothing new majority of the Indians just do not know that dog is a territorial animal. He will not move to another place as per the convenience of the feeder. Instead the feeder has to go to the area where the dog lives and feeds him there. Another thing that people do not realize is that a caregiver feeds more than one dog. On an average a caregiver in Delhi feeds 5 to 10 dogs or may be more. Now keeping all of them as pets in their house is certainly not possible.
When will the people realize their folly and help in making the life of the street dogs and their caregivers peaceful?
Every day the caregiver feels as if he is going for a war. This is so disturbing and irritating for the caregiver.
The ideal situation would be when people start feeding dogs living near their homes and offices. No caregiver likes to be insulted and abused but just for the love of his furry friend he takes all this crap.
A dog was hit with a sharp object on his head. The injury was so deep and painful that if he did not receive medical aid then he would have certainly died.

This is a case of Mohali, Punjab where a lady beats any street animal be it a cow be it a dog. A caregiver had kept new born puppies in her house as it was raining during the time they were born but now they are two months old and they often go out on the streets. The cruel lady has no hesitation in beating the small pups too. Just watch the following video and see how crooked and cruel this lady is. She especially goes to hit the pup who was sitting quite far from her house and was neither barking at her nor chasing her.
