A seven year old girl was brutally attacked and injured by a pack of dogs in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh when she was going to the market to buy a matchbox. The unfortunate incident was captured on the CCTV camera. The girl was rescued by the locals there and was taken to the district hospital where she was administered medical treatment and later discharged.

The councillor of the area is saying that this is a common problem in the area and inspite of making several complaints with the authorities no measures have been taken by them. To watch the unfortunate incident kindly go on the link below:

This particular incident should not have happened but who is responsible for this? Dogs????? People often call them a nuisance but are they? One can see a large number of dogs coming towards the small girl. The girl was at no fault at all. Rather she was brave and lucky that she survived the attack. But why has the municipal corporation of Kela Nagar where this incident has taken place not got the dogs sterilized. Why did they allow such uncontrolled growth of dog population in the area? The ABC program under dog rules is in existence since 2001 but does it show in Kela Nagar?  Unfortunately the administration and the people of India have turned a blind eye to the growing population of stray dogs.

Wonder why is the councillor of the area lodging complaints with the authorities? Why isn't he demanding sterilization and vaccination of dogs? By all likelihood he must not be even aware about the ABC program. According to him the authorities should have picked up the dogs and thrown them.in some forest area. That's what most of the municipalities do but does that help in anyway in restricting dog population or making India canine rabies free. The dogs relocated elsewhere will anyway multiply. Also people in India do not see stray dogs worthy of being kept as pets. If only the councillors of every area urged people to come forward and adopt one stray dog as a pet then today this girl would not have been attacked by the dogs. The dogs definitely were not friendly. God knows if they were hungry, thirsty or irritated. Why they attacked only they know.

Anyway Ii's time the govt takes the ABC program seriously and implements it throughout India.

A pup was brutally beaten up by a man in Mumbai. His only fault was that he was sitting in front of this man's house. The man has been arrested.. To watch the man brutally beating up the pup kindly go on the link below:

In Faridabad a man beats a female dog inspite of being told by the caregiver not to beat the dog. He has no fear of God nor any fear of law:

A residential society in Ghaziabad is troubling the dogs who have been residing in the society for a very long time now. Suddenly few people want to relocate the dogs even if they don't harm anybody. They have started throwing stones and bricks at them. This is called provocation. They injured one of the dogs by throwing bricks at her (pic in the post).

When a human or a human child is attacked by these voiceless that too due to some kind of provocation we call them a nuisance but what about we humans who keep troubling all the time and attacking them and killin them. Aren't we humans the biggest nuisance on this planet????
