A woman caregiver from West Vinod Nagar, East Delhi was assaulted by her own neighbour for feeding the dogs. Imagine a woman caregiver being beaten in broad daylight by a man in the capital of India. Just where is India heading? Is this how a country develops? Or is this how smart cities are made? There is another horrifying incident of this smart City. An abandoned pet dog who.probably was badly beaten up before being abandoned by her owners came to a society in Badlapur, Delhi. The caregiver was approached by few residents  as the dog was partially paralyzed and could hardly walk. The caregiver gave her medicines and food and soon after the dog peacefully slept the whole night but when the caregiver went to see the dog early next morning she was told that the society people beat the dog and threw her out of the society. The caregiver has been looking for the unfortunate dog everywhere but she hasn't found her. The dog has not suffered cruelty from humans alone but must be suffering cruelty from other dogs as well. Pet dogs chances of survival on streets become very dim because the stray dogs attack.them and chase them away. To watch the dog and her plight kindly go on the link below:

After Delhi another smart state is Uttar Pradesh where the RWAs of Ramprastha  Greens, Ghaziabad are the smartest. To get rid of the dogs of their society they have decided to plant trees. There is a place in the society where few dogs along with a small puppy live so to remove them from there they have decided to replace them with trees. The following message got viral on various whatsapp groups:

I live in Vaishali (Ghaziabad) . Mere society mei joh president hai and or bhi log. ..they are planning to plant trees and all and woh jagah pr dogs rehte hein or ek puppy bhi . They fought with me and said that they are calling some Nagar Palika to get rid of the dogs from the entire society!
I opposed them but still was not able to convince them at all .
Ab woh log sab dogs ko bhaga denge.
Can somebody adopt that puppy please?
She is around 2.5 months old .
