It's completely pointless to keep posting human cruelty towards man's best friend and the caregivers. There seems to be no end to all this. So today I have sent a letter to Delhi Chief Minister. This is regarding two crucial things:

1 Removal of the rabies hoardings in East Delhi

2 Appointment with him or the concerned minister who looks after the ABC programme

These are tough times both for the citizens and the administration all over the world but we still have to keep working and make our systems stronger and better. One which gives the right to life and dignity to both humans and animals alike.

I hope our honourable Chief Minister and his able team have been reading our posts including the views and comments of thousands of signatories to this petition many of whom have been quite critical of the goverment's apathetic attitude towards the man's best friend.

I hope the posts have been an eye opener to the government and now it will  take positive measures and get the ABC programme implemented in the way it should have been implemented. Ethically, humanely and legally.

The Delhi Govt may have turned a blind eye towards stray animals but it was very compassionate towards the poor of Delhi and the migrant workers in this hour of crisis (lockdown due to COVID 19)

We hope it shows the same compassion to the man's best friend too.
