Petition updateMake India canine rabies free. By implementing ABC rules not Killing, Relocating DogsA dog slashed by a sword several times. Horrific Incident of Krishna Nagar, East Delhi

East Delhi has lately become very intolerant towards dogs. Relocating them, Beating them with sticks, throwing water on them and shooing them away have become a common phenomena. It was already existing but now it seems to have grown.

And on top of it people say that the dogs bite.

if the dog haters and abusers are starved and kept hungry, kept thirsty with no water and then beaten with sticks and stones all the time, what will be their reaction?

They will then know that our four legged friend is still very tolerant and forgiving.

About three days back  in Krishna Nagar, East Delhi an unfortunate dog was slashed by a sword. That too several times. The people in that locality are absolutely mum and are not revealing the identity of the people who did it. They don't want to annoy the people who did it or may be they are scared of them. But whatever be the case they should die of shame.  They not only failed in protecting the dog but now by hiding the identity of the guilty they are siding with the perpetrators and not getting them punished.

This is the sad situation of the capital of India. The law breakers are roaming freely and the law abiding citizens feel threatened and scared all  the time. What would one call such an administration? Jungle Raj

Luckily the dog survived and by few animal lovers on 20th March 2020 he has been admitted to Sanjay Gandhi Animal.Care Centre. This is one of the largest animal hospitals in India and caters to all kinds of animals right from a dog to a camel. And the best part is that they give medical treatment for free. India has very few animal hospitals which provide medical facility for free. And SGACC is just overcrowded as it caters to almost all the animals of Delhi and it's adjoining areas.

Wish the east Delhi councillors who came out with the unlawful decision of moving all the east delhi  dogs into permanent shelters had actually come out with a more humane and much needed decision of making more governmnt run veterinary hospitals  for these helpless animals. Their decision of making shelters only shows their lack of empathy towards these voiceless souls.

To make the situation worse the EDMC has again put huge billboards of disgusting and obnoxious rabies awareness. Won't be surprised if it is this awareness  which is responsible for such violent behaviour.

Will the EDMC take the responsibility for the violence which is taking place against the dogs and the caregivers on a daily basis in East Delhi?

Why have they not ever put billboards which says that any form of cruelty towards dogs is an offence? That relocation of dogs and harassing the caregivers and dog feeders is an offence?

Have they ever put such billboards for the ABC programme?

Aren't all the dogs who are taken for Sterilization also given rabies vaccination?

Then why don't they tell people the truth about the ABC programme and ask the people to get the dogs of their area sterilized and vaccinated?

The unfortunate part is that the government machinery is only taking all wrong and anti dog measures. And the result is right in front of all of us.

The people are now eradicating canines and not canine rabies. This is because the EDMC has never told them how to eradicate canine rabies, they just told them how dangerous and life threatening canine rabies is .....and who is responsible for this deadly disease?

Obviously the DOG.

The reporter Shakul Bhalla (M- 9136333861) reported this most violent and horrific incident on various social media platforms:

Government Machinery of Delhi kindly reinstate law and order in Delhi.

And for God's sake remove the obnoxious rabies poster as soon as possible.
