On 6th December a six month old young dog was killed by a group of men who were in an inebriated state when they threw the dog from third floor. They did it just for fun. What can be more disgusting and criminal than this?

The dog was thrown from third floor in broad daylight in Adarsh Nagar colony in Nayagaon (Chandigarh).

The dog died after suffering a lot. His four legged friends and sister ran up to him and looked helplessly while he was howling in pain. He died on the street after few minutes.

Few residents who witnessed this atrocious incident tried to lodge a complaint against the men who committed this gruesome act but the police didn't register the case.

Instead the police is harassing the residents who tried to register the case against the miscreants.

This is the filthy picture of law and order situation in India. No justice for animals even if there is evidence to prove the crime.

The Furever Friends an NGO working in Chandigarh for animal rescue and animal rights is trying to get justice for the poor soul who lost his life just for fun.

Will they succeed?

Please watch the video and decide for yourself if you will call India an animal friendly country?
