100 signatures!

Finally hit that 100 signature mark! Maybe people are realizing that 1 hour shift sucks. Well it's going to get worse before it gets better. Time naturally changes; that's why we have the Summer and Winter solstice where the day is longest (Summer - June 21) and Winter (December - 21). So it'll continue to get darker earlier until December 21st when it'll start getting longer again until June 21st. That cycle happens naturally occurs. Our government does not need to regulate time!
