A quick update on the Kansas HBOT petition and legislation.

I'm excited to share that we have officially reached another milestone.

Representative Adam Turk has submitted the information we've worked so hard to compile to House Research, where the initial draft of the legislation is now being prepared.

This bill aims to make Kansas the first state in the nation to provide access to evidence-based hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) for both veterans and first responders living with traumatic brain injury (TBI), post-concussion syndrome (PCS), and PTSD.

This is only the beginning of the legislative process, but it's a significant step forward.
