We are passionate eFootball players who want this game to continue for many years to come.  

However, the current server environment continues to cause serious problems:  

- Frequent buffering during matches  
- A heavy, “underwater” feeling that removes the excitement  
- Sudden failures to match opponents  

We understand these issues have been pointed out for years, and we also understand that fixing them immediately is difficult.  
That is exactly why, if improvements are already in progress, we ask KONAMI to **share updates and future plans with the players**.  

This petition is not just criticism.  
It comes from our love for this game.  
“We love eFootball, and we want to enjoy it safely for the long term.”

1. Stabilize the servers and improve processing speed  
2. Increase the reliability of the matchmaking system  
3. Share updates and progress when issues occur or improvements are underway
