Subject: Adoption of Articles 17 & 18 – From Total Strike to Strategic Partnership
Attention to all Mermicorno: Starfall fans, tokidoki collectors, and animation advocates. Following the recent "Uno Reverse" complications, the boycott leadership has officially ratified two new amendments to the Starfall Manifesto. These changes are designed to protect our show’s data while continuing to pressure the ParaMax merger.
Article 17: The "Targeted Strike" (Selective Boycott)
We are moving away from a blind boycott to a "Smart Strike."
The Action: Resuming streaming of Mermicorno: Starfall immediately on Max/Paramount.
The Reason: We must flood the servers with data. If we don’t watch, Ellison sees a "dead show." By watching only Starfall, we prove it is the only thing keeping us subscribed.
The Pressure: Continue the total boycott of all other ParaMax tentpoles (SpongeBob, DC, etc.). Starve the merger of general revenue while feeding the show we love.
Article 18: The "Blue Ant / tokidoki" Financial Bridge
We are presenting a "Debt-Neutral" solution to David Ellison to remove the financial excuse for cancellation.
The Partnership: We call upon Blue Ant Media (via Atomic Cartoons) and tokidoki to offer a subsidy package.
The Terms: This includes waived production fees and a "Debt-Servicing Kickback" from toy sales.
The Message: If the show costs Ellison $0 to produce and helps pay his $79 billion debt, any attempt to "vault" it is an attack on the fans, not a budget cut.
