When I reached out to the company I had eaten the food in question from, I did advise them I'd had anaphylactic shock and asked if they'd used latex gloves on production line. 

I'd never eaten anything from the company before so after my reaction,  I knew it had to be - I emailed them to get confirmation. I got that confirmation alright. 

What I wasn't expecting was the abrupt response,  non apologetic short and sweet reply. Matter of factly, not even an oh no we are sorry. 

They did come back again to me and offer me a voucher for their food.... yes... because I want to go into anaphylactic shock again.

Thanks but no thanks.
