latest iOS Update 11.2.1 still did not solve the issue

Dear All, unfortunately even the latest iOS update did still not solve the problem. But the good news are that APPLE is well aware of the problem by now which is not limited to Curaçao as you can see from this thread https://discussions.apple.com/thread/8081323?start=0&tstart=0 for example (maybe the workaround mentioned in this thread will work for some of you but I did not try cause I don't wanna mess up my various banking apps again which are locked to my Digicel SIM). I was told that someone from UTS Curaçao talked to APPLE and they confirmed that they are working on the issue but are presently concentrating on bigger countries first :( To me this statement confirms that this problem can be only solved in cooperation with the local providers cause otherwise a software update could solve the problem for all regions at the same time. This also explains why the problem does not occur with my foreign SIM in my other iPhone. Anyway, it seems we need to show more patience and consider this presently being the only disadvantage of this beautiful island....
