Lates Update

Hi Supporters, first of all thank you all for signing this petition. Just would like to give you guys a brief update. After the last iOS update 11.1.2. which still did not eliminate our problem I spent almost 2 hrs with Apple in their support chat today to report this problem via that channel again as well. At the end they confirmed that they will report this issue to their engineer team together with diagnostic data from my iPhone. Additionally I have used their feedback site to report the problem. I am convinced that some of these reports will reach the engineers in charge sooner or later and that the issue will be solved. I will keep you posted with all news.
