We originally had 23 days, but thanks to mother nature, all government buildings will be closed tomorrow. 

We are not going down without a fight. But to keep pushing this forward, we need to start connecting faces with the agenda. This movement isn’t abstract. It’s real people. Real licenses. Real patients. Real livelihoods. And the more visible we are, the harder we are to ignore.

That said—if you are a healthcare worker and you’re afraid to show your face… trust me, I GET IT.
Fear of retaliation is real. The pressure is real. The silence many of us have been forced into is real. You are not weak for protecting yourself, your patients and the livelihood of your family. 

Visibility does not have to mean vulnerability.

Second- If you are comfortable sharing your face- great. If not- send a photo of you making a heart over your chest,turn your back to the camera and show your strength- Scrubs, badge flipped, no identifiers—whatever feels right for you.

This is about solidarity, not exposure. This is about showing that behind this petition are thousands of skilled, dedicated healthcare professionals who are supported and refuse to be erased. This is showing Nurse Practitioners in New Jersey that you recognize us and you want to contribute to a solution.
