As you can see, from this horrendous video capture from Argentina, this cruelty is still beyond measure. 

He has been stuck in this tiny cement pool for over 20 YEARS!! Not seeing any other Orca since the year 2000,when his mate died. 

HOW and WHY is this still allowed!!!
