Baseball is our national pastime, it is a huge part of this countries history. There are some of us; myself included who cannot afford to have television service and even though the game is televised in my area why should it be the only way I can enjoy the game. Which is why I am starting this petition, to ask the MLB association and national telecasts to lift their blackout restrictions and allow us to watch games on any form of media we can afford.

If you pay for MLB.tv you cannot watch you local teams, but only those not local.  Why should we pay $100+ per year to watch non-local baseball games?  Some of us without cable love to watch baseball, but can't get our local teams.  And by local, you could be 200+ miles from the nearest team and that team is still blacked out because of the MLB rules.
