could the land have been sold without family consent and sales agreement?
2. Is there history recognition of government ownership in Maina Watene indigenous land and other
neighbours e.g. WANYEKI CHEGE AND MACHARIA WAGEMA plus HEZEKIAH
GACHANGA who have made the shape of land to be changed from original?
3. Is there cultural right regarding sale of coffee , macadamia and avocado trees arising from
products they did not plant on Maina Watene Land?
4. Is there any agreement between we as indigenous land owners and the Kenya Government or a
constructive agreement to construct a public well on Maina Watene indigenous land? And in
which year?
5. Why did the government fail to recognize individual entitlement to Maina Watene family
member according to indigenous international law?
6. The original identity of Maina Watene indigenous land is based on the original owners identity.
Why am I being discriminated to do all the activities related to cultural rights?
7. Why am I discriminated against autonomy or self government in matters related to land internal
affairs as well as ways of financing and autonomous functions?
8. Why doesn’t Kenya government give me security and rights of physical and mental integrity to
develop Maina Watene indigenous land?
9. Why does Kenyan government make me subject to forced assimilation from Maina Watene land
and made me destructed from my cultural land?
10. Why did the Kenya government remove us from our territory without family consent or an
agreement on just and fair compensation where possible with the option of return to the land?
11. Why did the Kenya government frustrate the right to practice and revitalize our cultural rights
and cultural historical land site and artifact performing art and literature?
12. Why did the Kenya government deny my customary right to protect and have access in privacy
of my religion and cultural sight/ the right to the repatriation of human remains?
13. Why did Kenya government deny my right to revitalize Maina Watene indigenous land use, land
development and transmit the land to the future generation of our history?
14. Why did the Kenya government deny me the right to the dignity and diversity of my cultural land
and history and aspiration ?
15. Why did the Kenya government deny my right to enjoy full all rights established under
applicable international and domestic labour law for indigenous land workers?
16. Why does the Kenya government subject me from discrimination to share public participation
connected to the land policy in regard to the land ownership?
