Received a call from Mahindra Head office.

Update

Today at around noon i receive a call from mahindra and mahindra head office from Mr Ankur Sharma who take care of northern region specially NCR. He was aware of all the problem i have mentioned in this petition & assured that the matter has been escalated to Core team who expertise in Suspension at M&M and they will be giving a visit to check my XUV700 before any work starts so that they can find a root cause of these problem related to suspension.

As of now ETA for team to visit is 23rd April 2022 

Also My Xuv 700 was also picked up by Prime Automobiles Mahindra (Faridabad)
