Hey Team Aaliyah For MAC, I know today for all fans is a day filled with mixed emotions of sadness and celebration of the joy that Aaliyah's artistry/ her person gave us. Her life was cut short, but the love for her is still strong. Lets extend that love to the next level by us through getting her a MAC Collection. Remember Aaliyah was a big fan of MAC Cosmetics. Aaliyah said she used MAC in several interviews, Aaliyah's brother Rashad said she loved MAC, and Aaliyah's Makeup artist Eric Ferrell in a recent Vibe Magazine interview said Aaliyah was "obsessed" with MAC's lipstick in "Paramount," that she loved "dark smokey makeup looks," and that part of her image made her feel "powerful" as a woman and person. We just need 581 signatures to get to our end goal of 20,000 signatures! We feel after a year , 20,000 signatures and continued interest and support by fans/fans of beauty and MAC for this that we can then leave it in the hands of Aaliyah's brother Rashad /her Estate, MAC Cosmetics, and fate. Unless when we hit 20,000 and Rashad ask of us to continue that it will happen but he needs it to go a little further, we will finally allow 20,000 to hold as our greatest effort as fans to give back to a woman that gave us so much and touched our lives deeply.
