Hi Everyone, We just wanted to check in as we just got Aaliyah's makeup artist Eric Ferrell's thoughts on our campaign. Eric Ferrell says: "I'm supportive of MAC creating a line inspired by Aaliyah. I've reached out to them expressing my interest in being involved. I received no response. I support the movement nonetheless." - Eric Ferrell 8/27/15 on Instagram. We can't believe MAC wouldn't want Eric on board should the line go forward. Eric was instrumental in many of Aaliyah's makeup looks from photoshoots to music videos. If anyone knows what colors and products would best represent her, it would be him and of course her brother Rashad Haughton! Please contact MAC Cosmetics & tell them you want an Aaliyah Limited Edition collection! And if you feel the need add in that you want Eric Ferrell to be on board in the process of creating the collection. We need to continue to push this campaign in order to get a high amount of signatures in the next 2 to 3 months. It is vital, as it will be a big decision factor when MAC meets with Aaliyah's brother and people to discuss a deal. We feel the higher the demand for this ( proof in signature amount), the bigger the collection . This is why it is SO SO IMPORTANT to sign the petition, get others to sign, promote the campaign on your social media networks and any other outlet to get more signatures and to grow the support for the campaign!
