Many people are avoiding meat these days for many reasons. In my family we often enjoy meatless options. Some of us vegetarians, some pescatarian and some just try and not consume so much meat for health reasons.

It takes more than 2,400 gallons of water to produce just 1 pound of meat, but it takes just 25 gallons to grow 1 pound of wheat. So, cutting back on meat would also save resources.

I have tried so many meat options, however impossible meat is my favorite. I think if IN-N-OUT would consider a plant based burger it would not only be good for our planet, but will bring back many people who have decided not to eat beef.
