Buyer Beware: Patronizing a prostitute "should be" a felony

The Issue

 

The goal of this legislation revision is to DEMAND of Buyer of prostitution in our state.

Citizens of Idaho:  Patronizing a prostitute is a misdemeanor on the first offense, misdemeanor on the second offense, provided that a threat or subsequent conviction therefor shall be a felony.  Citizens, advocates, and survivors  have a REVISION on this statue, to 

PATRONIZING A PROSTITUTE A FELONY.

Support our efforts to decrease the DEMAND in Idaho. Fight for the innocent and vulnerable that don't have a voice.
