Gavin has been living homeless now for many years, with his two large breed dogs. He's recently got very unwell and needs a warm home. This is unquestionably a terrible situation that needs action from the Luton borough council as soon as possible, because the occupants of Luton admire Gavin as he's so kind and looks after his dogs so well. Him living like this is effecting us and making us worried and depressed. We would be terribly upset if anything ever happened to him OR his dogs if he was to pass due to his unsanitary living conditions. It's Gavin's time now to find solace and be given a home he can feel safe in and call home.
