HB 1289 Passes House Moves to Senate

North Dakota HB 1289 Passed the house today. Next step the North Dakota Senate. Rich Wardner is the Senate Majority leader. iI you would like to send him an email stating your support for fair market value assessments and spot checks to ensure that all properties are listed on the tax rolls at their true full fair market values please send him an email rwardner@nd.gov
