To ALL:
Please notice that I have changed the title of the petition. The reason being that governmental changes have taken place in Romania. The ex Prime Minister; Viorica Dancila has been deposed, and also the PSD party that she was part of. This is good news because they are an evil and very corrupt party.
The PNL party have been elected and the new Prime Minister is Mr Ludovic Orban, the person who the petition will now be directed to. However I will not be sending the petition yet, and I have decided with the changes to defer sending the petition until May 1st, that I think is the best option. But the 1st May 2020 will be the time to submit the petition.
Could I ask you please to keep sharing and signing this vital petition, that will ultimately create a better life for ALL the poor dogs that are needlessly slaughtered (not euthanised by injection) if this petition succeeds. The problems for the poor dogs could be minimised if a country wide spay & neuter program is instigated and upheld, and also the laws were changed to STOP the mass slaughter by heartless 'dog catchers'. A new law is needed to criminalise dog brutality across the whole of Romania, and enforce it. After all it revolves around making 'dirty' money for each poor dog killed in the most horrific ways imaginable - those I will not mention here as they are despicable!
