Some of you will already know that this petition will run until the date of the Romanian general election, which is due to take place in November 2019.
Although the petition is currently addressed to Viorica Dancila the current female Prime Minister of Romania, I will wait to see the outcome of the elections before I declare it. The reason is that the party she leads is not the most kind and best suited for the sake of the poor dogs, sadly.
However, if the Liberal Party are successful and I hope they are, this petition will be re-addressed to the new head of that party.
It will also be placed on every political party's FB pages and Twitter pages for the whole world to see the horrors that every poor dog in Romanian 'shelters' has to endure in the hands of deplorable excuses for human beings. This sadistic, and utterly inane practice of torture on defenceless and voiceless dogs has been happening for 20 years or so, mainly because of corrupt 'politicians', who laughingly pass laws, one saying it is against the law to kill any healthy dog in Romania.
