UPDATE: 11th March 2019. This vital petition is STRUGGLING.

Please do not let this petition fail.  The life of every single dog in Romanian 'shelters' depend on this to succeed and hopefully give them ALL the life they were born to live.  Instead of being made to stay in vile conditions and then ultimately die at the hands of despicable so-called 'humans' in the most heinous ways including being injected with anti freeze, being bludgeoned to death etc.  This petition may just change what they have to endure in the 'shelters', they are ALL innocent dogs simply being made to suffer.
