First, I hope everyone who has taken time to sign this petition has a very happy & prosperous New Year!!
After much consideration I have decided to let this petition run until at least November/December 2019. The reason is that currently the party in power (PSD) are not the best party to hand the petition in to - they are not the most caring party for the poor dogs, plus the fact that Liviu Dragnea who is one of the key figures in the party is a highly twisted individual, and a very evil excuse for a man.
My idea is, that come the political elections which will be held in November 2019, if the (PSD) party are beaten by the party most likely to take them over; this being the (PNL) National Liberal Party led by Ludovic Orban, then I will edit the 'Decision Maker' (currently Viorica Dancila the PM of Romania) on my petition to the correct person, and as yet I am not sure who that will be. As soon as I do I will post that person's name here.
Until then, please keep SIGNING and SHARING this vital petition for the sake of every poor dog in Romanian 'hell hole shelters', and again I thank ever one of you that have already signed. and also those who have not yet signed. - Russ Martin, petition starter.
