Romania is a disgusting country that flagrantly ignores its own 'laws'. IT IS ILLEGAL TO KILL A HEALTHY DOG!!!!

The so-called government is as corrupt as it can be, and town mayors who have in the past served as mayors have been placed in prison for mass fraud, and yet they are still being voted back in to serve as mayor again. It cannot get any worse; not only for the poor dogs but for the people also!!

Romania could be a beautiful country, but it is not allowed to be, simply because the 'corrupt government' are in the main criminals and do not care for their dogs, wildlife and people. If the 'goverment' is OUSTED, then Romania would have a chance of being a successful country.
