UPDATE: A current victim of a Romanian 'public shelter'

This poor dog is currently in a Romanian kill 'shelter', and rescuers are frantically trying to get him out as I type.  Obviously this poor dog is very ill, as sadly so many others are also.  The rescue groups have a constant battle to get as many of the dogs out of the despicable 'shelters', either by adoption, fostering or sponsoring by members of the public, sadly there are far too many that never see freedom.  It is totally heartbreaking!!  Please continue to support this VITAL petition, thank you!
