It appears as though the game company Bethesda, has confused many PC users, and potentially taken their money under false pretenses. 

It was officially told that anyone who had the game Skyrim and all its DLC would receive a free upgrade to the newly released Skyrim Special Edition, with the exception that anyone who purchased after the 28th of October, would potentially cause a 36 hour wait for the upgrade. 

However, this was not the case, as anyone who completed their DLC ownership after the 28th, would not be allowed the free upgrade. 

Personally, I feel tricked, as it was advertised early on that there would be a free upgrade for PC users, with no deadline ever outlined. 

This petition is to provide an outlet for the many voices of concerned users who feel confused by the misrepresentation of information that Bethesda put forward, and to perhaps give people the Skyrim: Special Edition that they are entitled to.
