The swathe of private properties stretch from Yio Chu Kang Road to Upper Serangoon Road. Despite being a mere stone’s throw away from Kovan MRT and Serangoon Interchange, the estate remains inaccessible. A bus traversing the expanse of the neighbourhood would make for an easy commute, regardless of the weather.

At current, similar bus services operate in Serangoon Gardens such as 317, 42 in Opera Estate and 825 in Lentor Estate. The high density of the estate, with a bus makes it more viable, as well as enhance the value of the estate.

For the sake of convenience, as well as enhancing the neighborhood, this petition seeks to get a public bus into the estate.
