There are two updates to give 

Update: A petition of this matter has been submitted to the House of Commons and is expected to go live within 24 hours. If it gets support by a MP, and 200 signatures, it will be read to the house and potential form into a bill. A update with the link will be sent when the petition opens to the public on the House of Commons Website. 

Update: S-222 the "Vote 16 Act" will have its second reading today in the senate. If there is a motion for a third reading it will be voted on in the senate, then if passed the vote will go to the House of Commons.
