Nowadays, animal cruelty takes its place on news because of its disturbing and continuously growing cases.  Here in our country, Philippines, there are also a lot of reported cases that shows the act of abusing animals.  Some cases in the Philippines like the cats being hanged in the backyard, a dog who is being hit by an axe which causes it to be in critical state and a dog being burned that causes it to die.  So, our group, Excel, come up to a decision to make a website which raises awareness regarding animal cruelty. 

            The goal of our petition is to lessen the cases of animal cruelty in both our country and the world. Those innocent animals deserved to live their life like we live ours. Let's build a community that respects each other and value the things that has life.
