This is my brief story, but I'm sure you will know someone- if not several someone's- maybe even yourself, can relate to this. 

I am a single mother of a precious 9 year old. His biological father has no interest in being a father. That is fine. But our child shouldn't suffer because of his choice, and he has. The father has a long running habit of not reporting his employer to the state. The state's system is out dated so unless you have the information- they get away with not upholding their responsibilities. Budget cuts further draw out the process because there are more dead beat parents than people to work the cases. Help them help you! Sign the petition for system upgrades and increased staff.
