Will new Conservative Leader Andrew Scheer ignore his responsibility?

All of the leaders identified to date on this petition have blocked receiving this researched document. Will the new leader of the Conservative Party do the same? Will he ignore the death rate of children in Government Care in Canada which is over 2,000 according to public records? Will this new leader ignore the disappearance of men and woman across Canada to people like the Pig Farmer of British Columbia who dismembered almost 50 woman before getting caught. Please share this petition to make sure Canadian Politicians can not get away with ignoring such terrible terrible conditions. We must do better.
