I don't know who I need to contact. Back in August Edison sub contractor came into my back yard while I was home saying they needed to inspect the power pole. Asked me if I had a dog in the backyard. I said no hes in the house right now. Well they inspected the pole drilled it out termite poison in the holes got it all over the pole never told me. Two days later my dog died an ugly horrible death. The vet said from poisoning. It was six or seven weeks before I saw the yellow plugs in the pole and instantly put it together. Edison after almost five months says we have no record of anyone being there not our problem. Well six doors down they did the same thing and killed my neighbors lab. So five or six weeks ago someone else from the subcontractor comes by to inspect the pole I asked him if there was anyway to tell when they were there and did something he said yes and we walked back and he showed me these little metal tags nailed into the pole about seven feet up. Edison had said no one had been there since 2016 even though I told them I was home. Well there were tags that said they treated the pole in 2016 and 2017. And never told me. So I contacted Edison with this new info and the finally decided to leave their desks and come investigate. They looked at my pole and the one in my neighirsback yard and old her she needed to file a claim. I was at work . I filed mine back in October. Well now that Edison can not say no one was there they now say it is not their problem it is Intec's problem. They are out of Colorado I have contacted them for times and can not even get a return phone call. I want a complaint filed against Edison for using hazardous no deadly chemicals that clearly state are harmful and fatal to people and domestic animals. With gross negligence they are endangering our loved pets and children too. And are very flippant in they don't care. I lost my best friend of eight years. They killed him it cost me several thousand dollars in vet Bill's and then to replace him. And now I wobt even leave my new dog at home alone I take him to a daycare facility every day so he doesn't get poisoned. Because Edison is notchsngingthewsy they do things. My neighbor and I were both home when they came to INSPECT the poles. They did not tell either of us they were putting deadly agents in our yard. And they knew we both had dogs. If that is not gross negligence then its murder. I had the L.A. COUNTY ARGRICULTURAL PEOPLE investigate and do a report. I have contacted everybody I can think of and nobody cares or will do anything. Somebody has to do something.
