I don’t want to send emails to everyone each day, and you don’t want to get them - so I wanted to make everyone aware of the best way to know what’s going on with LA Uprising’s push to return normalcy in Los Angeles.

Every day during the week we update the “Current Actions” page at www.lauprising.com - just bookmark it, check in and do an action or two. We’ve made it easy as possible for busy people to pitch in. Please visit today in particular - we’re sending comments to the Board of Supervisors and doing a fast, easy video campaign that will take you under a minute to do!

For the video - simply record yourself (or a family member, a child, a grandma) saying: "It's time for Los Angeles to unmask our children." Then share it and tag us (Twitter: @uprisingla / IG: @l.a.uprising).

New Jersey just announced the dropping of mask mandates in schools next month. The consensus on COVID policies is finally changing, but Los Angeles was the among the last cities to reopen schools and they will surely be last to unmask the children and lift mandates. We need to push now to make sure we don’t make this same mistake again.
