Mattarella non firma il decreto perché INCOSTITUZIONALE! Ovvio, la scuola PUBBLICA SI DIVIDE IN PARITARIA E STATALE. E poi NON É GIUSTO DISCRIMINARE CHI HA IL 3º ANNO IN CORSO!
