Our building has over 45 floors and I'd estimate over 400 units, it's simply unacceptable to have elevators constantly broken and unavailable.

There's a reasonable amount of maintenance for elevators and it's impossible to never have them break, but this is happening on a monthly basis for us.

Residents, visitors, delivery drivers, and other friends - this is something that constantly costs us time! An extra 5 minute wait up and down every day costs you 60 hours over a year. Please help us petition to management to fix this.
