Let's get organised

Hi all, 

I started this petition a while ago, but it has suddenly rocketed to over 700 signatures this summer.

There's an appetite for this, so it's time to get organised. I'm seeking a few volunteers to form a committee to start talking to Tower Hamlets about taking this forward.
