Dear supporters,

You will be pleased to know that I have paid my solicitors and no longer owe money. More importantly I won my court case against HS2.

This was a Freedom of Environmental Information case for the water risk assessments for the works at Harvil Road. These must be produced in readable form by HS2 Ltd, by 21 May 2021.

I truly hope that the London Borough of Hillingdon will not give planning consent for the Colne Valley Viaduct or River diversions before these important documents can be read and scrutinised.
