Given the current state of National Security alert on Islamic radicalization and  terrorism; We believe any form of institution(s) or religion(s) that continue to undermine western norms and way of life is totally wrong on ALL fronts.

Modern Australia is built on spirit of reconciliation and freedom to encompass on moving this western democracy forward.

Any religion that practices and incites hate against our way of life; should not be encouraged to flourish in our society.

We feel increase of Mosque brings with it enforcement of sharia law which continues to undermine other religious practices and is totally against western WAY OF LIFE

Mosque itself enforces in-balance in the way of worship, women are segregated, Mosque enforces practice of polygamy and underage marriages under sharia law. 

We only have one law in this country and it is Australian law and any law that enforces law outside this set up is illegal.

Islamic Community already have 4 Mosques in close vicinity, Kuraby, Marsden, Eight Miles Plains and Slacks Creek and a meeting places with other facilities on Parramatta Road, Underwood,  A proposed school is on the agenda.This is all for 2.5% of the population.

As we know during high security operation number of raids were conducted a Islamic Bookshop was shut down due to breaching national security by funding and supporting Islamic State or what some members of Parliament  call it 'Death Cult' it is in the spirit of national security, peace and stability that  our community and society is protected from any form of religion that undermines our way of life as Australians.

We therefore believe and call for refusal of any proposed Islamic Mosque building or Teaching facilities on 16 Queens Rd, Slacks Creek Logan City.
