So sort of a decent update. The Japanese development team included an English translation stretch goal in the first collection over a year ago. It was sourced successfully. It has not been fulfilled. 

I did received a communication from the team assuring me that they were still working on that. (See attached screenshot.)

Additionally, the stretch goals for the second collection include the same promise of an English localization. I am unaware of that goal has been met yet. 

So good new. Partial victory. Leaving this petition open anyway because it certainly couldn't hurt until there's an official announcement.
