Update: LSA Going Into Liquidation – Staff Left Unpaid Again

We have just received confirmation that LSA (Lifeguard Services Australia) is now going into liquidation. This devastating news means that staff will not be receiving their outstanding payments, including unpaid wages and superannuation.

This is not the first time this has happened.

CEO Stanley Wall has previously done this before with Sports Recreation Employment Australia (SREA), which went into liquidation on the 3rd of April 2023. Once again, hard-working staff are left out of pocket, some owed thousands of dollars in unpaid entitlements from both SREA and LSA.

We are calling for a full investigation into Stanley Wall's management practices and the financial handling of these companies. It is unacceptable that employees are continually left to suffer the consequences of poor corporate responsibility.
