Meet Henry...

We don't actually know his name but we have given him it because he needs something - anything.
He's been dumped all over Lancaster. He was first seen looking neglected at the old Farmhouse Tavern, then he was found wandering near St Chads after being left in a small, dark clearing behind some houses. Now Henry is in Ryelands Park. 
People constantly post and post on Facebook about him but now it's time for it to stop.
We've all been abused when we've asked why he's been neglected but no owners seem to show up.
We decided to start taking pictures and tracking his "movements" but, as we well know, he doesn't get moved. He doesn't get fed. He doesn't get checked on.
