In pochi giorni avete fatto qualcosa di straordinario: oltre 9.000 firme apposte sotto una lettera di protesta, un gesto che va ben oltre la solidarietà verso un locale. È la voce di una comunità che si rifiuta di accettare che la cultura venga trattata come una merce qualsiasi.
Vi ringraziamo di cuore. Ogni firma è un atto d'amore verso uno spazio che per molti di noi è stato e speriamo torni ad essere una seconda casa.
La notizia non è rimasta nei confini italiani. Sui social, migliaia di condivisioni, commenti e messaggi di affetto hanno attraversato lingue e confini, dimostrando che lo Spirit de Milan era conosciuto e amato ben oltre la Bovisa e oltre Milano.
E soprattutto: il Sindaco si è mosso. La pressione della comunità, la vostra pressione, ha portato Giuseppe Sala a dichiarare pubblicamente l'intenzione di aprire un tavolo con proprietà, investitori e gestione dello Spirit. Non è ancora una vittoria, ma è un segnale che non potevano ignorarci.
La lotta continua. Restate uniti, restate rumorosi.

In just a few days you have done something extraordinary: over 9,000 signatures on a letter of protest — an act that goes far beyond solidarity with a venue. It is the voice of a community that refuses to accept culture being treated as a commodity.
Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts. Every signature is an act of love for a place that for many of us has been — and we hope will be again — a second home.

And most importantly: the Mayor has moved. The pressure of this community — your pressure — has led Giuseppe Sala to publicly announce his intention to open a negotiating table bringing together the property owners, investors and the Spirit's management. It is not a victory yet, but it is a signal that we could not be ignored.
