The Aptos Village Project developers should be paying for all Village road improvements to handle their projected 8,000 additional vehicles/day.  The public should not have to pay $3 million MORE for a traffic light at Aptos Creek Road, in addition to the $2 Million already funding a traffic light at Trout Gulch Road and Metro bus stop relocation. 

Please deny all grant applications to the Regional Transportation Commission by County Public Works for any further Aptos Village traffic improvements.  Make the developers pay for 100% of all improvements, not the taxpayers.
