Legal Action

Hi everyone, It's been a while, but I've been busy. I am considering legal action against the accommodation service as after some research and consulting I do not believe they have any right to limit when we can claim compensation. See statute of limitations mainly. I would like to represent as many of you as possible in this, as we have a better chance together so if you are interested please email me at JCH501@student.bham.ac.uk. It can just be a yes in the subject box if you want to keep it simple. Unfortunately I am quite busy this summer so I will do my best, but I can't promise regular updates. Any help would be appreciated when I need it, especially from anyone studying law (if you do could you put that in you're 'Yes' email it would be greatly appreciated). Furthermore, I cannot promise compensation but I honestly believe that the accommodation service doesn't have a leg to stand on. Regards, Joe. H
